Argh!

Sorry for the complete disappearance.  That's what I get for planning a trip in the middle of the year.  Unfortunately, I also wrenched my knee while skiing, so the shoe posts are going to be focusing on flats and such for a while.  D'oh!  However, I do have several back-posts lined up, and tons of references piling up that I'll use in the meantime.
